Customer Service Advisor - Arabic and English Speaker (Luxury)

About the role

Concentrix is looking for Arabic and English-speaking Customer Representatives (on-site) in Dubai to act as a luxury brand ambassador. The role engages with customers from top brands in sectors such as luxury retail, finance, real estate, fashion and healthcare, and offers training, technology and leadership development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound requests by phone, e-mail, mail, live chat, social channels and WhatsApp
• Create personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including materials, craftsmanship and heritage
• Exceed sales and CRM targets while building long-term client relationships
• Advise and inspire clients using product knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to uphold brand standards across all touchpoints
• Support ecommerce-related enquiries for all sites in the region
• Answer basic after-sales questions

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or high-end customer service
• Fluent English (B2/C1 level); Arabic is a strong asset
• Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts
• A background in the timepiece and jewellery industry or in luxury items is an added advantage
