Customer Service Analyst (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Customer Service Analyst supports Citi Private Bank clients by delivering wealth management services, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with audit standards. This role is focused on client investigations, account maintenance, and policy enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to private bank clients with guidance from banker teams.
• Manage and execute client transactions across banking, credit, and investment products while meeting audit and compliance standards.
• Investigate client issues such as statement reporting and pricing inquiries, coordinating with operational and middle‑office teams.
• Coordinate account maintenance tasks, including address changes, phone updates, status changes, and fee waivers.
• Enforce banking policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and high client satisfaction.
• Arrange client visits, perform service quality check‑ins, and obtain banker appointments to build relationships.
• Identify and document new business opportunities for referral to bankers or product specialists.
• Utilize Citi applications proficiently and contribute to service‑related process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant experience in client‑facing operations, compliance, or sales referral.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
