About the role
The Hospital & Medical Centers team is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join its Relations department in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through health support services and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and health support options.
- Acquaint patients with available health support services.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Higher diploma required; university degree preferred.
