Customer Service Intern

About the role

RAKBANK is seeking a Customer Service Intern to support its operations team. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to banking processes, allowing the intern to develop professional skills while contributing to daily activities under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Support data collection, reporting, and documentation activities.
• Participate in process reviews and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on projects and business requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update trackers.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Conduct research and analysis to support business objectives.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
• Handle inbound customer calls, provide information on banking products and services, and identify customer needs.
• Manage complaints, de‑escalate concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the bank’s systems.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program.
• Strong interest in banking operations and customer service.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under supervision.
