Customer Service Officer – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will manage the daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk in a Majid Al Futtaim mall, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors. You will act as the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the Customer Service Desk following established processes and supervisor guidance.
• Provide accurate information on mall services, amenities, events, and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with tenants to support smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Manage inventory in line with finance procedures and report any discrepancies.
• Support mall promotions, keep directories up‑to‑date, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0‑2 years of customer service experience in a reputable shopping centre or luxury hotel environment, preferably in the GCC.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
