About the role

Shpper is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for travelers and shoppers using the platform, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
Guide users through platform features and assist with order status, payments and delivery questions.
Document each interaction and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve processes and overall user satisfaction.

Required profile

Strong background in customer service or support, preferably in e‑commerce, travel or technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and engage with a diverse, multinational customer base.

Required skills

Proficiency with CRM tools.
Experience using helpdesk software.
Comfort with online communication platforms.
