Customer Service Representative – Industrial Coatings (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage order‑related operations for Industrial Coatings across the Middle East. The role involves liaising with customers, processing orders end‑to‑end and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day order processing for Industrial Coating customers in the Middle East.
• Register and process customer orders in the ERP system via email, phone or other channels.
• Manage the order‑to‑cash cycle, including purchase orders, goods receipt notes, invoicing and delivery coordination.
• Monitor and report on OTIF, SLOB and back‑order performance.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Supply, Sales, Demand, Logistics, Planning and Field teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, filing and upload of invoices to customer portals.
• Identify and propose improvements to service processes.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or order processing within an industrial or coatings environment.
• Strong understanding of the order‑to‑cash process and related documentation.
• Ability to work across multiple Middle Eastern markets and build effective customer relationships.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system for order entry and tracking.
