About the role
The Customer Service Representative will engage with clients via email and live chat, providing knowledgeable answers about our products, pricing and availability. This role focuses on turning customers into enthusiastic brand advocates while ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through email and live chat.
- Provide accurate information on product offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms.
Required profile
- Passion for talking to people and proactively solving issues.
- 1‑3 years of relevant experience in customer support or related fields.
- Fluency in Arabic, Persian or Indian languages is highly encouraged.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize workload.
Required skills
- FX CFDs knowledge.
- Data entry proficiency.
