Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our Dubai team. You will be the front‑line contact for high‑profile clients, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face, phone, chat and email support to clients, ensuring high service quality.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the business unit, including orders, sales transactions, client affairs, financial matters and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate actively in client retention programmes and handle complaints and feedback professionally.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant client‑service experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Excellent English communication skills with a refined accent.
• Ability to interact with high‑profile clients with poise and professionalism.
• Strong problem‑solving, research and detail‑orientation skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy level and professional appearance.
• Good physical health and adaptability to technology.
