Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our valet parking operations in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance with valet parking services.
• Coordinate vehicle drop‑off and retrieval efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about valet services and facilities.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, tickets, and related documentation.
• Work closely with valet staff to ensure prompt, seamless service.
• Handle customer requests and concerns courteously; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Uphold company service standards and procedures at all times.
• Support a safe, organized, and customer‑friendly environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer service and guest‑handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast‑paced setting.
• Positive, service‑oriented attitude with a professional approach.
• Team player who can work effectively with colleagues.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, valet parking, or a similar role is preferred.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary: AED 3,500 per month.
• Additional allowance: AED 500 for accommodation and transportation.
• Working hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Visa, medical insurance, and uniform provided.
