Customer Service Representative & Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative & Receptionist to join Bellaviso Medical Center in the United Arab Emirates. The role is the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing accurate information about services.
• Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments using the centre’s appointment‑management software.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all documentation.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and direct more complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Operate standard office equipment and keep the reception area organized.

Required profile

• Valid UAE residence visa.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administration or healthcare certification is a plus.
• At least one month of experience in customer service, patient support or a front‑desk role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with appointment‑management software and basic computer applications.
