Customer Service Representative / RTA Data Entry

About the role

Bin Yaber Driving Institute L.L.C is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Operations department, handling customer enquiries and RTA-related data entry at the head office and branches. The position is permanent, pays AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month, and requires 2-3 years of experience; no gender preference and UAE nationality.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the reception and registration counter, explain licence options, ongoing discounts and promotions, and training duration and schedules.
• Assist customers in filling application forms, complete and verify documentation according to RTA requirements, and register students for beginner, intermediate, expert and E-Traffic courses.
• Maintain student files, issue learning permits, and inform the fleet and transport team of pickup and drop arrangements.
• Check E-learning and theory class requirements, verify transfer checklists and reopen files for transfers.
• Enter amendment details into student files and issue licences professionally.
• Log and evaluate complaints received through the complaint box, call centre, email or social media, communicate them to the relevant teams and report back to the customer.
• Submit daily reports, follow QHSE procedures, and attend to front desk, registration, booking and scheduling as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of experience.
• No preference for gender; UAE nationality.
