Customer Success Administrator

About the role

The Customer Success Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to Qashio’s Customer Success team. This role ensures smooth workflow, accurate data management, and enables the team to focus on strategic customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer records in Hubspot and other CRM tools.
• Assist with scheduling, preparing presentations, and organizing customer‑facing materials.
• Create and distribute internal reports and dashboards on growth, engagement, and retention metrics.
• Coordinate communication between Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support departments.
• Manage documentation related to customer success, keeping information up‑to‑date and accessible.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring system updates and notifications are completed.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve internal processes and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or customer‑facing environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude and ability to work cross‑functionally.
