Customer Success Architect

About the role

GitLab is seeking a Customer Success Architect to join its Dubai team. In this role you will partner with enterprise customers to drive successful adoption of GitLab’s DevSecOps platform, ensuring they realize productivity gains, operational efficiency, and reduced security risk.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the implementation and integration of GitLab’s platform, aligning solutions with their business objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to address technical challenges and deliver best‑practice recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and provide data‑driven insights to customers.
• Conduct regular health checks, training sessions, and executive briefings to promote continuous value.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and advocating for customer needs within GitLab.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, solutions architecture, or a related technical consulting role.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps concepts and software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Familiarity with AI‑enhanced productivity tools.
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices in software delivery.
