Customer Success Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Customer Success Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end deployments of Kaspersky enterprise security solutions across complex, distributed environments in the GCC/META region. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with regional stakeholders, partners and internal teams to ensure successful rollout, integration and adoption of endpoint protection and EDR platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timeline, quality criteria and delivery outcomes for endpoint security and EDR implementations.
• Plan and execute phased deployments, including pilot, expansion and stabilization phases.
• Coordinate technical design and integration with customer infrastructure, identity and security operations.
• Manage cross‑functional teams and multi‑vendor partners, ensuring alignment with sales, presales, support and customer success functions.
• Track risks, dependencies, escalations and project KPIs, providing clear governance and status reporting.
• Capture customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding, service and delivery processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale security or IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and customer teams.
• Excellent communication and risk‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural setting and travel within the region as needed.
