Customer Support Specialist

About the role

The Customer Support Specialist provides high‑quality assistance to bank customers, ensuring their banking needs are met efficiently while representing ADIB’s professional image. This onsite role is based in the Al Barsha Branch, Dubai, and serves as a key point of contact for walk‑in clients and other service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service attitude toward customers.
• Execute, distribute, and record customer instructions received via mail, fax, and other channels.
• Handle walk‑in inquiries about ADIB’s products and services, directing customers to the appropriate service areas.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as preparing memos, customer letters, and filing.
• Deliver cheque books, ATM cards, covered cards, and returned cheques to customers.
• Manage and deliver captured card issues on behalf of customers.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by branch management.

Required profile

• Knowledge of ADIB’s retail and institutional banking products and services.
• Familiarity with ADIB’s operational policies and procedures.
• Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and associated risks.
• Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Fair awareness of service standards and cross‑sales concepts.
• Computer proficiency.
• Eligibility limited to UAE nationals.
