Senior Russian-Speaking Advisory Lead – CIS Vertical

About the role

GCG Structuring is looking for a senior advisory professional to own and develop the CIS client vertical in the UAE. This consultative, advice‑first position offers a fast‑track path to a Head of CIS Advisory role within 12‑18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Advise Russian‑ and CIS‑based clients on company formation, banking strategies, tax & compliance, and advanced structuring solutions.
• Generate and manage your own pipeline, conduct discovery calls and in‑person meetings, and close deals above AED 100k.
• Coordinate with internal tax, banking, PRO, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Protect the firm by rejecting high‑risk or unsuitable business opportunities.
• Create educational content for Telegram, LinkedIn, and webinars in collaboration with marketing.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in UAE corporate services with a proven Russian‑speaking client portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of UAE free zones, mainland regulations, banking challenges for Russian/CIS clients, and cross‑border tax considerations.
• Consultative, calm, and authoritative communication style with strong English proficiency.
• Advisor‑first mindset, high personal accountability, and willingness to say “no” to unsuitable deals.
