Customer Support Specialist – Rent‑Now‑Pay‑Later (RNPL)

About the role

Keyper is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its Rent‑Now‑Pay‑Later (RNPL) team in the United Arab Emirates. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, helping them navigate the RNPL platform and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through the support channel in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist, educate and onboard customers onto the RNPL platform.
• Follow the onboarding process for tenants, entering data into the CRM and coordinating with the admin team to secure required documentation.
• Address and resolve tenant and landlord questions and concerns.
• Coordinate with verification and credit assessment teams to ensure prompt processing.
• Support the negotiation and execution of lease agreements between tenants and landlords.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles within real estate or property‑management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to work with digital tools and platforms for property management.
