Cyber Analyst – Corporate Cyber Insurance Team

About the role

Join Marsh’s Cyber Practice as an early‑career Cyber Analyst supporting the Corporate Cyber Insurance Team in the UAE. You will help companies understand, measure and manage their cyber risk while developing expertise in cyber insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day client communication, managing correspondence and ensuring effective interaction.
• Conduct research on client businesses, analyse industry issues and support preparation of risk assessments.
• Assist with account management tasks such as billing, scheduling and liaison between internal teams and clients.
• Address client concerns promptly, escalating to senior colleagues when needed and gathering feedback on satisfaction.
• Build professional relationships with clients, corporate colleagues, prospects and on‑shore insurance markets.
• Explain Marsh’s cyber insurance value proposition and coordinate with the DIFC Cyber team to secure optimal insurance terms.
• Collaborate with sales and client executives to present insurance terms and manage client onboarding throughout the program lifecycle.

Required profile

• UAE nationals holding a Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business or a related field (preferred but not essential).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; prior cyber insurance experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluent English; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with proven interpersonal relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, independent work style with high energy and attention to detail.
