Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

The Manager of Cyber Security leads the enterprise cyber security strategy, operations and governance across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will head a dedicated team protecting servers, networks, cloud platforms and databases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cyber security roadmap aligned with business and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR and HIPAA.
• Oversee SOC activities, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Manage security budgets, vendor relationships and third‑party risk assessments.
• Lead and mentor a cyber security team, define KPIs and ensure continuous skill development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, IT or related field (master’s preferred); relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP.
• 8+ years of IT security experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, fluent in English.
