Data & BI Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data & BI Analyst to join a growing technology team in Dubai. The role involves building and maintaining data models, dashboards and reporting solutions to support product and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse quality metrics, identify trends and support root‑cause investigations.
• Partner with Product Managers to define, track and interpret KPIs across products.
• Review, refactor and clean up technical debt in Tableau dashboards, Snowflake models and Salesforce reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards covering office operations, application health and web traffic.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or reporting.
• Strong comfort working with large, complex datasets and data modelling concepts such as dimensional modelling and star schemas.

Required skills

• SQL
• Tableau (dashboard design, calculated fields, performance optimisation)
• Modern cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks or similar)
• Python scripting for data work, including API integration and automation
• dbt or equivalent data transformation tool
• Salesforce reporting
