About the role
Clear Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join its fast‑growing Data Center talent consultancy in Dubai. You will work with a global client base and develop specialist recruiting expertise in a niche vertical.
Key responsibilities
- Generate CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
- Source candidates via job boards, databases and LinkedIn.
- Create job ads and market roles across multiple platforms.
- Work on a hot permanent recruitment desk specializing in a niche market.
Required profile
- Commercial acumen.
- Self‑motivated with a growth mindset.
- A desire to become a specialist recruiter.
Required skills
- LinkedIn sourcing.
- Job board utilization.
- Database management.
