Demand Generation Social Media Specialist

About the role

ScaleQ helps emerging technology companies enter new markets and industry verticals worldwide, either by deploying its own expertise or its Enterprise Sales Operators to run targeted, data-driven sales campaigns. The Demand Generation Social Media role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE, focused on planning and executing social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement and qualified demand for ScaleQ and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish social media content
• Manage social channels
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social media with broader demand generation goals
• Support campaign planning and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance, interpret data and optimize campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on-site in Dubai and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with B2B or tech-sector marketing is beneficial; prior demand generation experience is an advantage
