About the role
The Demi Chef De Partie will support smooth kitchen operations for Miral Experiences' leisure facilities, preparing and cooking food while maintaining cost control. This role also leads Commis Chefs and assists Chef de Parties during daily service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, portion, and garnish dishes according to prescribed standards.
- Lead and motivate Commis Chefs, covering for the Chef De Partie when absent.
- Receive and inspect food supplies, monitor waste and spoilage.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to UAE health, safety, and emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
- 1‑2 years in a similar role or 2 years as a Commis in a five‑star hotel.
- Ability to work under pressure, stand long hours, and communicate in English.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
