Dental Technician / CADCAM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Dental Technician with expertise in CADCAM and ceramic work to join our laboratory in Sharjah. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with dentists to deliver high‑quality prosthetic restorations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and fabricate crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations using CADCAM technology.
• Perform ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and characterization to achieve natural aesthetics.
• Finish zirconia and E‑max restorations, ensuring optimal shade and fit.
• Check occlusion, fit, and overall quality of each case before delivery.
• Coordinate cases with dental practitioners and meet agreed turnaround times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental laboratory, preferably 2‑3 years in the UAE.
• Diploma or certification in Dental Technology.
• Valid UAE license (M License) and eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Preferably of Indian or Filipino nationality.

Required skills

• CADCAM dental software proficiency.
• Ceramic layering, staining, glazing, and characterization.
• Zirconia and E‑max finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of dental prosthetic design and fabrication.
