Deputy General Manager – UAE Industrial Flooring & Contracting

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to take full ownership of our UAE operations in the industrial flooring and general contracting sector. The Deputy General Manager will drive performance across operations, finance, and sales, ensuring successful project delivery throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of industrial flooring and general contracting projects across the UAE.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance reporting.
• Develop and drive the sales pipeline, oversee tenders, and nurture client relationships.
• Supervise subcontractors, site teams, and ensure strict HSE compliance.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in construction or general contracting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in industrial flooring or specialist contracting is highly advantageous.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record across operations, finance, and sales.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE construction market.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field (MBA a plus).
