Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Designer to join our AI‑focused unit. You will produce visual assets for print, digital, social media and broadcast, leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and innovation. The role offers autonomy to shape content for multiple audiences while collaborating with copywriters, art directors and motion designers.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design a wide range of assets, including layouts, typography, illustrations and infographics.
• Produce online content such as social‑media posts, display banners and art‑direct still/video shoots.
• Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines (VBL) to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with the AI team to integrate AI‑driven workflows into the design process.
• Review existing content and adapt it into testable, agile assets.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience as a Designer.
• Strong conceptual, composition and photo‑art‑direction skills.
• Ability to challenge ideas and ask the right questions to push work forward.
• Well‑versed in best practices for digital and social‑media deliverables, including video and display formats.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI design tools for content generation.
