Designer

About the role

DiLeonardo is seeking a Designer to join its global hospitality design team. You will collaborate on interior design, product selection, and specification documentation for international hotel and resort projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Leads and Lead Designers from schematic presentation through construction documents.
• Produce drawings, manage technical and coordination issues, and handle correspondence among design team members and overseas offices.
• Assist designers, interior architects, CAD operators, and the specification department, gaining exposure to each role.
• Contribute to schematic design presentations, including coloring plans and finish boards, and support the Pin‑Up process.
• Update and maintain the design library and liaise with sales representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school.
• Strong written, oral and visual communication skills.
• Good collaboration, organization, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Interest in evolving design trends and hospitality projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience using Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
• Hand sketching ability.
