About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build and own the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security and platform reliability for a greenfield fintech platform in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or GitLab CI with security testing gates.
Architect and manage AWS and Azure services including VPC, EC2, RDS/Aurora, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, Route53, Lambda, EKS/ECS, AKS, App Services and related networking components.
Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation and Bicep, creating reusable modules and automated provisioning.
Containerize applications with Docker, orchestrate with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and Helm charts, ensuring scaling and security.
Implement network security using Cloudflare, WAF, security groups, load balancers and auto‑scaling.
Manage identity and access with Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM/JIT, MFA, AWS SSO and IAM roles.
Handle secrets with AWS Secrets Manager, KMS and Azure Key Vault, including automated rotation and scanning.
Monitor systems using CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM.
Drive release management strategies such as blue‑green, canary and rolling deployments.
Ensure compliance through audit logging, evidence collection and breach‑notification workflows.

Required profile

3‑7 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Cloud Engineering.
Strong production experience on AWS and/or Azure.
Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
Proven ability to design and automate CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation or Bicep).
Knowledge of identity management, SIEM, secrets management and security best practices.
Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, CDN).
Experience working in regulated or compliance‑focused environments.
