DHA Licensed Pharmacist

About the role

PharmC is seeking a DHA Licensed Pharmacist to join its Dubai pharmacy team. You will be responsible for accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and ensuring compliance with UAE health regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and verify prescriptions for appropriateness.
• Provide clear counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Verify insurance details and maintain precise patient records.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and support ordering to avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support community health promotion initiatives.
• Ensure all pharmacy processes comply with DHA and UAE regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Valid DHA/SHA/MOH pharmacist license allowing practice in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical knowledge of medications, therapeutic uses, contraindications, and drug interactions.
• Experience in prescription verification, dispensing, and patient counseling in a community or retail setting.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy management systems.
• Experience using electronic health records.
• Competence in pharmaceutical calculations and dosage adjustments.
