Digital Health Platform Specialist (Field)

About the role

As a Digital Health Platform Specialist you will drive adoption of Insulet’s data management platform across healthcare providers in the Middle East, ensuring seamless onboarding, training and ongoing support while maintaining clinical workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of healthcare providers and clinic staff on the data platform.
• Tailor communication strategies to address customer needs and promote successful adoption.
• Identify and resolve workflow or reporting challenges through consultation and training.
• Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues, delivering timely solutions.
• Collaborate with the global development team to continuously improve the solution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred with clinical or sales experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse are a plus.
• Experience onboarding clients to a data platform or in medical device sales.
• Valid driver’s license and residence within the assigned geographic region.
