Digital Infrastructure Manager – Retail Banking

About the role

The Digital Infrastructure Manager will lead the digital infrastructure team for retail banking, overseeing branch and office setup and renovation projects to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SME team and coordinate branch/office infrastructure projects (new setup, renovation).
• Act as central point for business requests, ensuring smooth collaboration across Group IT.
• Manage stakeholder communications and customer expectations for “branch of the future” initiatives.
• Oversee ITIL change and release processes related to infrastructure moves.
• Align technology delivery with business priorities and drive value‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT design and development.
• At least 4 years within the finance or banking sector.
• Proven experience managing technology moves and new branch implementations.
• 4+ years working with ITIL Service Management (Change & Release).
• University degree in Information Technology, IS or equivalent.
• Project Management certification (PMP or Prince2).
