Digital Marketing Associate – UAE National

About the role

Join Deliveroo’s Brand & Experience team in Dubai to help shape the way people shop and eat across the Emirates. As a Digital Marketing Associate you will execute full‑funnel campaigns, turn data insights into actionable strategies and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day full‑funnel campaigns on YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and local publishers.
• Develop and execute detailed media plans, ensuring creative assets meet performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with brand and platform teams to generate social media ideas and share best practices.
• Build and maintain comprehensive ROI reports, translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Produce high‑quality Arabic and English copy and visual designs for all digital assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing or media management within the UAE market.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• UAE National with a valid passport and family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
