Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Elysian Real Estate, a leading Dubai brokerage, is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Executive to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns that generate qualified property enquiries and support sales.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok and other platforms; manage email campaigns with segmentation, testing and performance monitoring.
• Monitor daily spend, budget pacing and campaign performance; run structured tests on creative, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Maintain accurate tracking, UTM tagging and conversion reporting to Salesforce; prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with creative, content and technical teams to ensure assets, property details and brand guidelines are correctly applied.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on digital or performance marketing experience, preferably in UAE real‑estate lead generation.
• Proven ability to manage Meta Ads and Google Ads lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring budgets and optimizing against measurable targets.
