Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

BFS Commercial Brokers, a Dubai‑based business brokerage, is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage its online presence, run paid campaigns and generate qualified buyer and seller leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Plan, launch and optimise digital campaigns for listed businesses.
• Run paid ads on Meta platforms and Google, managing budgets and adjusting spend based on performance.
• Track and report on leads, reach, engagement and conversions, providing clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with current listings and sales goals.
• Work with the graphic designer to ensure branding consistency across all channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real‑estate, business brokerage or lead generation.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising and lead‑generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
