Digital Marketing Leads Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence across multiple platforms. The role involves managing paid campaigns, SEO, content creation, and internal marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram and Twitter/X, monitoring performance and ROI.
• Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation and manage website content via WordPress.
• Create and schedule engaging social media content, design marketing materials using Photoshop and Canva, and edit video assets.
• Coordinate internal marketing requests, cover company events, and produce high‑quality photos and videos for promotional use.
• Manage email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp and generate regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in digital marketing and ad campaign management.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and brand building.
