About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will design and execute digital strategies that boost brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads and support sales for ongoing and upcoming real‑estate projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing plans aligned with branding, sales and business goals.
  • Drive lead‑generation campaigns for residential, mixed‑use and luxury developments, delivering qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and other platforms, monitoring KPIs, ROI and conversion metrics.
  • Coordinate with sales to ensure timely lead follow‑up and reporting.
  • Create and maintain social‑media strategies, content calendars and audience‑engagement initiatives across all channels.
  • Oversee website, SEO/SEM, landing‑page development and digital content updates to improve visibility and user experience.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers and external vendors on campaign production.
  • Handle CRM integration, marketing automation, email campaigns and customer‑engagement activities.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor actions and emerging digital trends within the UAE real‑estate sector.
  • Support project launches, events and promotional activities through targeted digital initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, analyses and presentations for management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • 3‑5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a UAE real‑estate developer.
  • Proven track record of lead‑generation campaigns for residential or luxury projects.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
