Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital acquisition strategy for a fast‑growing international telecommunications group based in Dubai. The role focuses on driving subscriber growth, SIM/eSIM sales and digital revenue across multiple markets through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a digital marketing strategy for several international telecom markets, adapting plans to local competition and customer segments.
• Own the full digital funnel – from awareness and traffic generation to purchase, activation and onboarding – for prepaid, postpaid, SIM‑only and eSIM offers.
• Lead paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, display/programmatic, affiliate and influencer channels while managing sizable budgets.
• Continuously optimise CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates through A/B testing, retargeting and remarketing programmes.
• Increase online SIM/eSIM sales by improving website/app UX, checkout, digital KYC, payment and activation processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Product and Technology teams to support market entry, new product launches and lifecycle‑based CRM initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a mobile network operator (MNO), MVNO or related telecom environment.
• Track record of generating measurable subscriber and revenue growth through digital channels.
• Experience managing multi‑country campaigns and adapting strategies to diverse markets.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate growth targets into actionable acquisition plans.
