Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Torjoman is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its digital strategy across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is a strategic, hands‑on position that combines planning, budget ownership, AI integration, and direct campaign execution to drive qualified leads and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual digital marketing strategy for KSA and UAE, aligning objectives with lead‑generation and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, landing‑page, email and bilingual (Arabic/English) initiatives.
• Own the digital advertising budget, allocate spend, monitor costs and ROI, and report performance metrics.
• Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to streamline content creation, workflow automation and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and regional sales teams to ensure marketing activities support business priorities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing strategy and advertising budgets.
• Proven track record in lead generation for service‑based businesses targeting Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Hands‑on expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with measurable results.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
