Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award‑winning digital marketing agency in the GCC, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and coordinate its digital ecosystem across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and align social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, website performance, and PR integration.
• Develop and execute monthly social media and campaign plans, generating creative content ideas.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat and similar platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide data‑driven recommendations, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative, content, PR teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or paid media.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English with strong coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads.
• Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing and website performance metrics.
• Proficiency in campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, testing and optimization.
