Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance & Patient Acquisition

About the role

Eternell Clinic is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance‑marketing initiatives that attract patients and generate clinic appointments across a range of services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns to drive enquiries, bookings and clinic visits.
• Develop monthly lead‑generation strategies aligned with revenue targets for aesthetic, dental, wellness and other clinic services.
• Monitor and report on key metrics such as cost per lead, cost per appointment, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Coordinate with sales, reception and call‑centre teams to improve lead follow‑up and appointment conversion.
• Create and manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors, social media audiences and existing patients.
• Implement SEO strategies (on‑page, off‑page, local and technical) to improve organic visibility for healthcare‑related searches.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in performance marketing for healthcare or similar high‑value services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
