About the role

Funzone is seeking a Digital & Online Marketing Specialist to drive its e‑commerce growth and boost online sales in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase online sales.
• Manage and optimise the Shopify e‑commerce website, including product listings, collections, descriptions, images and content.
• Handle social media platforms and promotional campaigns.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic and online conversions.
• Monitor online sales, customer engagement and campaign performance.
• Analyse marketing and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate product updates, pricing, stock, images and website content.
• Improve SEO and overall website visibility.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and e‑commerce developments.
• Support day‑to‑day online sales and customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or online sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, proactive and target‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of Shopify.
• Experience with social media marketing and online advertising.
• Good understanding of SEO and e‑commerce best practices.
