About the role
CHANEL is looking for a Digital Solutions & Platforms Manager to accelerate its digital transformation in the Middle East markets. Working at the intersection of digital, retail, client experience and technology, the role drives adoption of CHANEL's digital ecosystem across teams while exploring future capabilities and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the deployment of new digital capabilities, initiatives and innovation pilots using a test, learn and measure approach.
- Act as customer success manager, driving adoption and optimisation of digital platforms and solutions across office, wholesale and retail teams.
- Translate business needs into use cases, requirements and improvement opportunities for Europe roadmaps.
- Bridge Local and Europe teams and phase rollouts according to market and business maturity.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure their implementation and adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve client, employee and business experiences through technology.
- Support Europe's transformation agenda with a test-and-learn mindset and product management philosophy.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation applied to business or retail, innovation, consulting, digital product management or related fields.
- Experience on cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic and/or French is a plus.
- Preferably based in the UAE.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, business, platforms and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of retail and a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management, project coordination and organisational capabilities.
