Digital Transformation & Scheduling Systems Leader

About the role

The Project Planning Digital Transformation & Scheduling Systems Leader will design, maintain and continuously improve a digital scheduling ecosystem that supports integrated project planning and execution across engineering, equipment, factory and logistics functions. This hybrid role bridges planning, IT, and enterprise tool owners to enable the One Project Schedule (OPS) operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support the digital architecture required for OPS scheduling across projects.
• Maintain and enhance the Primavera P6 enterprise scheduling setup, including EPS/OBS structures, codes, calendars and baselines.
• Govern OPS template usage, baseline creation, re‑baseline workflows and schedule update processes.
• Partner with planning, engineering, equipment and tool teams to translate field‑test learnings into repeatable digital scheduling solutions.
• Lead development and deployment of automation tools that reduce manual planning effort and improve schedule quality.
• Manage integrations between Primavera P6 and enterprise systems such as PLM, PMx, Data Lake, UDC, OTD Tracker, LTDB and Vendoc/CDH loaders.
• Provide troubleshooting for P6 issues, ensure data compatibility with downstream tools and support controlled configuration changes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 enterprise scheduling and project controls processes.
• Strong background in digital transformation, automation and system integration within large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, IT, factory and logistics.
• Experience defining and governing scheduling templates, baselines and reporting workflows.
