Director, Commercial Product Lead – Large & Middle Market

About the role

Lead Visa Commercial Solutions' product strategy for Large and Middle Market (LMM) and Fleet across the CEMEA region. Drive growth, design new commercial payment solutions, and expand adoption across diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy, commercialization, and performance of commercial card and fleet solutions for LMM segments.
• Design and launch industry‑specific payment solutions such as fleet, healthcare, and construction.
• Partner with issuers and senior corporate stakeholders to originate and win complex commercial deals.
• Build and orchestrate partnerships with fintechs, processors, and other ecosystem players.
• Deliver revenue, volume, and penetration targets across multiple CEMEA markets.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in payments or financial services with deep specialization in commercial cards.
• Proven track record of building and launching new commercial card payment solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure scalable deals.
• Executive presence with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Expertise in commercial cards, virtual cards, and data‑driven payment solutions.
• Experience working with issuer banks, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
