Director – Competitive Market Acquisition for SMBs

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Director to lead competitive market acquisition initiatives, focusing on winning business customers from competitors. The role will drive targeted expansion in competitor‑dominated areas, shared zones, and Taawon regions to accelerate growth in customer base, revenue, and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute aggressive strategies to penetrate competitor territories and convert business customers, prioritising high‑value target areas.
• Lead initiatives to win new deals, increase market share, and proactively engage business customers to shift them from competitors.
• Own acquisition targets, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of customer, revenue, and performance goals.
• Establish clear processes, governance models, and performance‑tracking mechanisms for structured execution.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align execution with strategy and accelerate deal closures.

Required profile

• Strong background in B2B sales, telecom, or competitive market environments.
• Proven track record in market penetration and winning business from competitors.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capability and data‑driven performance focus.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
