About the role
The Director will manage government relations, regulatory engagement, and corporate affairs across the UAE, acting as the primary interface with government bodies and regulators. The role focuses on policy monitoring, advocacy, risk mitigation and supports licensing, compliance and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage government relations and regulatory engagement across the UAE.
- Monitor policy developments, advocate on behalf of the organization and mitigate related risks.
- Support licensing, compliance and strategic initiatives involving public entities.
- Collaborate closely with legal and executive leadership.
Required profile
- Senior experience in government relations or public affairs within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and stakeholder dynamics.
- Demonstrated discretion, credibility and strong communication skills.
- Arabic fluency highly preferred; experience in highly regulated sectors is an advantage.
