About the role

The Director of Operations will lead all operational aspects of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, embodying the brand’s modern luxury ethos and delivering purposeful guest experiences. This senior leader will shape the hotel’s performance, culture and guest journey in a dynamic, high‑end environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel functions to ensure service excellence and brand consistency.
• Drive financial performance through revenue management, budgeting and cost control.
• Lead capital projects, refurbishments and service initiatives to maintain and enhance property standards.
• Foster a guest‑centric culture of intuitive service, immersive storytelling and meaningful connections.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational execution with strategic objectives.
