About the role
The Director will lead talent development, leadership programs, succession planning, and organisational design. This role will partner with senior leadership to build future‑ready capabilities and design development frameworks aligned to business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead talent development and leadership programs.
- Oversee succession planning and organisational design.
- Partner with senior leadership to build future‑ready capabilities.
- Design development frameworks aligned to business strategy.
- Oversee performance management and culture initiatives.
- Influence leadership behaviours across the organisation.
- Drive long‑term workforce planning.
Required profile
- Senior experience in talent management or organisational development.
- Strong exposure to leadership development and transformation environments.
- Experience in the UAE or GCC markets (preferred).
- Credibility with senior leaders.
- Strong design‑thinking capability.
