About the role
An established hospitality company in Dubai is seeking a Document Controller to support its administrative and project documentation operations. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers a monthly salary of AED 3,500‑5,000. Candidates with a secondary school education and no prior experience are welcome, provided they can join immediately. The position falls within the Home / Hotels / Hospitality sector and the successful candidate will ensure all documentation is accurately managed, stored and readily accessible across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company documents, records, and files.
- Organize, update, and track documents systematically.
- Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control.
- Prepare and distribute documents to relevant departments.
- Maintain both electronic and physical document archives.
- Monitor document submissions, approvals, and revisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure documents are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
